Description

I just installed TVHeadend 2.12, it detected my Mygica S870 perfectly. As I live in Argentina (see #245) I added a few muxes manually, which seemed to work as it detected their services.

This bug looks the same as #240, but I couldn't reopen that.

But when I try to stream something (to see if it's really picking the muxes up), it crashes. I tried to open from XBMC (which I'm not sure if I'm setting up correctly) and by using rstp (using the link provided in the admin section).

I added a guest user so it wouldn't need any password for streaming, and when I open that link either with Totem, VLC, and Umplayer, the server crashes.

On the other hand, when restarting TVHeadend (either to retry or to use gdb) it complained about not having permission to open /dev/dvb/adapterX/frontendX (same thing with /dev/video0 as I've got a PVR 500 also), so I added the hts user to the video group. Still that does not explain why it seemed to work when it's started on system startup (on admin it picks up the muxes services, with some info so it's definitely accessing the device).

I'm attaching the gdb stuff in a comment...
