Description

There is a lot of redundancy and duplicated info in the TVH DVB structure. It also makes managing larger more complex setups tricky.

There has been a lot of discussion about improving this and it was a task I hoped to do for 3.4. I just need to find some time.

However I think there are several issues in redmine that will be covered by this so I've created this to help collect things together.
