When it comes to Tvheadend, Andreas is "GOD"! He wrote 99%+ of the current codebase, developing an extremely simple, lightweight yet powerful DVB server.

Although Andreas has not been actively developing Tvheadend for some time now, with the recent resurgence of the project we're all hoping to see him getting more involved.

His primary focus will be on the core DVB code, however he will be helping out with all areas of the code giving guidance to the new members of the development team.
