DVR: Ranges for year, month, day, hour and minute

Description

Currently the DVR-WebUI only supports "Starting around" for start time selection.

But what about if you see a preview or wait for the next season? You may know it runs between 20:00 and 23:59 o'clock, but "Starting around" is to sharp (+-5 minutes).

So I suggest to replace "Starting around" by ranges for year, month, day, hour and minute including wildcards.

This even allows to create automatic schedules like e.g. "record seasons of my favorite serie XY starting between 20:00 and 23:59 o'clock from september to march this year" (or e.g. all following years, but only from 19th of september to 25th of april).
