Description

In the UK there are several DVB channels that only come online for a few hours in the evening (eg BBC3, BBC4). Right now it is possible to try to stream those channels over HTSP even when they are not online.

It would be great if tvheadend could monitor the status of those channels and conditionally "disable" them when they aren't streamable. This could be in the form of some "availability" flag that is sent to HTSP clients which they can use to give feedback to users (eg. grey out the channels).
