I've tried messing with the DVB card settings, but to no avail, still

I have tried full mux rx yeah - it was auto, set it to off.

It's a 32bit ubuntu quantal system, 3.5 kernel. I was running tvheadend 3.4 from the apt repo.

I was previously using a version of the tbs drivers from a few months back - upgraded last week to see if it resolved the issue.

Also have a TurboSight_TBS_8922_DVBS_S2 in the same system that seems to work fine.

Any ideas on what it could be? Would be happy to provide more logs, debug info if it'll help pinpoint the bug!

I dropped back to a 3.2 release, working fine there.

Also have a TurboSight_TBS_8922_DVBS_S2 in the same system that seems to work fine.
Any ideas on what it could be? Would be happy to provide more logs, debug info if it'll help pinpoint the bug!

Using a TBS 6280, I get unwatchable/broken/nonsense recordings using 3.4, but all fine under 3.2... :/

I have been having this issue with the TBS6280 since the end of January/start of February this year. After a couple of days with both tuners in use the card appears to crash and start throwing continuity errors. The only way to resolve the issue is to reload the kernel module for the card or restart the system. Unfortunately I haven't had time to look into the issue properly and disabling 'Idle Scanning' increases the length of time that the card goes without crashing (less channel locks) so I only have to reload the card module every other day. Would like to get to the bottom of it though!

FYI - this still happens. I generally run 3.2, and it works fine. Tried latest 3.4, now on raring, and same - works for a few days/or maybe a week. Then gets lots of continuity counter errors and recordings are tiny files/unusable.

Just dropped back to 3.2 again - in the past that has fixed id, will let you know if it doesn't.
