Continuity counter errors usually point to reception errors. Have a look at your receiption quality using femon to see if there are receiption errors.

Where should i ask for a "Terratec Cinergy T Stick RC DVB-T stick" to be support in the next update for TVHeadend?
RE: Unsubscribing & /stream/channelid/1 -- 401 - Added by Hein Rigolo almost 13 years ago
Not here because tvheadend will support all dvb devices that are fully supported under linux. So if you want your adapter/device to be supported then you need to check the linuxtv.org wiki and related mailing list (linux-media).

It's not a dual version. It's this one, but still not working in TVHeadend

Well, first make sure you follow this guide to get your card fully working under linux before getting it to work with tvheadend:

My stick is supported -> Yes, in kernel since 2.6.37
Does that mean it won't work in Ubuntu 10.04.3, but will work in 11.10?
RE: Unsubscribing & /stream/channelid/1 -- 401 - Added by Hein Rigolo almost 13 years ago
If 11.10 is using a 2.6.37 or higher kernel it will work, or you can try to compile the latest version of the dvb drivers for your specific kernel and see if the driver will work with a lower version kernel.

did you follow the pointers on this page to test your dvb hardware using the dvb-apps tools?
http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Testing_your_DVB_device
Also make sure you check all the antenna connections, and use femon to check if there are a lot of Bit Errors (BER Rate indicator)
If everything works fine using the dvb-apps then there is a better change that it works with tvheadend.
