The GPG key is also broken. Is it a related issue?
$ sudo apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys 379CE192D401AB61
Executing: /tmp/tmp.[temporary dir]/gpg.1.sh --keyserver
hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80
-recv-keys
379CE192D401AB61
gpg: can't open '379CE192D401AB61'
