Description

Using Debian Buster 10.1 amd64 (with kernel 4.19.0-6), and tvheadend 4.3-1804~gebb096804~buster (from unstable apt repository).

tvheadend fails to scan all muxes using Atlantic Bird 3 pre-defined muxes.

I am able to scan with w_scan (using version 20170107 with command line: "w_scan -fs -sS5W0"), and watch/listen channels using vlc (with w_scan generated playlist).

Other software like szap and dvbv5-scan fail to tune too: status stays 00.

For reference, when I did not know where was the issue, I first asked for help in this forum thread: https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/linux-hardware-18/failed-to-tune-hauppage-wintv-starbust2-4175661146/

"journalctl -u tvheadend.service" output is attached.
