Tvheadend

New since upgrading to tvheadend 4.3 on ubuntu, icons are not being transferred to my kodi client anymore.
All is good within the admin web page e.g. it does show the channel icons when going into the detail of a program.
Although it fails to show them in kodi client?!?

I've noted the following, when reinitializing the channel icons in tvheadend, kodi show the sort of "unavailable icon" for a short while then eventually it show no icon, like it either doesn't recognize what it receives OR it receives an empty image perhaps?
