Tvheadend

I have cccam setup to talk via capmt to tvheadend this works perfectly from blank configuration but when tvheadend is restarted it stops obtaining keys...

1. Start ccam
2. Start tvheadend
3. Add muxes
4. Map to dvb services
5. Obtained keys for channels
6. Able to watch these channels
7. restart tvheadend (with ccam still running)
8. Can't obtain keys no more.
9. Stop tvheadend
10. delete config at .hts/tvheadend
11. Then back to step 3, it works again

Let me know what log information is required.
