Feature #4459: exported m3u playlist - add group-title= parameter

Description
I know it's possible to export tags with http://<IP>:9981/playlist/tags
But the problem with this is that many players can't handle that and only option is to use playlist with all all channels in 1 group.
An option to export with "group-title" option in m3u file instead of link to a playlist would solve that.
One example if the tag is "Entertainment"
#EXTINF:-1 logo="http://chanlogos.xmltv.se/svt1hd.svt.se.png" tvg-id="xxxxxxx" group-title="Entertainment" ,SVT1 HD
