i make a test record now.
all work but i know that tomorow the finish records list is empthy.

DVR Log Retention Time is set to 9000

finished records is now empty

if i record now, i can see the record in the list.
If record is finished i cant see it in the list.

next test record

now i have the finished recording in webif but in kodi is nothing in the list.

realy this software sucks, not one version will work without any problems. On stable version drv will not work with master edition i have many decramble errors with HD+ Channels.
both versions crasht tvheadend when due to the bad weather, the satellite signal is off

Please don't flame. DVR works here without problems with latest master.

Possible problems you might look at:
- bad driver, which hardware do you use?
- oscam misconfigured? what mode do you use to connect tvh with oscam?
- bad hardware disc?

Please post some logs here

My system is a Hyper V Maschine with Ubuntu 16.04 connected to a rasperry pi with ipc oscam (connected over newcamd) this work only on stable Version in master Version i must use dvbapi.

Did you checked your disc capacity?
Did you tried Mode "OSCam net protocol (rev >= 10389)" (you need to set a listen_port in DVB-Api section and PMT Mode 4 in Oscam) ?

its no disc capacity problem
and yes in master i use OSCam net protocol (rev >= 10389

but i will work with the stable version, this version run perfekt without any problems only this dvr bug.

at the moment i make a backup from my tvheadend stable, after backup i update to the last master version.
i test it again

if i select in user settings "ALL DVR" so kodi show my all records. i see something.

But if i deselect i show nothing. I think this is a recording profile problem.
i have 3 users with 3 dvr profils

i change now some settings

previously I had for each user a folder

user 1 home/hts/1
user 2 home/hts/2
user 3 home/hts/3

i use now home/hts for all users

ok no change, after the record is finished he will delete from recording list in tvheadend and kodi

Goto DVR-Tab > Failed Recordings > Click on the small info icon (i) and post the status of the recoring here.

you dont understand

i have no entry in failed recordings. if the record is finished he is deleted from recording lists in tvheadend and kodi.
But if i connect with WinSCP to my Server i see the recorded file

no help from admin ?

i use now same folder for all records and same recoding profile.
at the moment not all finsished recordings will delete from recording list.

Guys thats a extrem big bug in stable version

if I program the timer on the webif I have better chance than kodi

i update to 4.0.9-5 and have same bug

log have no info
i record southpark from my amazon kodi box, after record it is not listed in records.
if i connect with my kodi pc and make a record, it will be listet in recordings.
programm in tvheadend webif, it will be not listed in finished recordings.

i reset kodi on my amazon box but same problem.

retention is in programmed timers 0

why ?? if i make a new record retention is set 0 and not with global settings 360 or 9000

Recordings that are created by AutoRec timers are deleted if the AutoRec's retention is set to 2147483647, which is Kodi's value for "No retention limit".

i have this problem only if i programm over webinterface. recordings in kodi will work
