Stream Filters by network or mux

Description
Hi, it would be great to have stream filters that apply to a Network or Mux, instead of just a single service or all services. Maybe support regular expressions on the 'service' field.
I'm currently setting "Force CAID" to 300+ services to avoid conflicts on a multi satellite setup, would be so much easier if I could simply filter one of the CA streams from a single sat/network.

Shouldn't this be a feature request instead of a bug?
And in the same line of thought, it would be useful to be able to set EPG settings at the network level instead of individually by mux. And if one wanted to still make individual mux settings, there could be an option to override network setting?
