No OpenTV/Freesat EPG.

Description
Pretty much as title really.
Woke up this morning to no EPG on any satellite channel, I've triggered a grab which does attempt to grab data for freesat but no mention of OpenTV at all (the grabber is enabled). This is on my main Tvheadend backend running 4.1.1183.

The only channels that do have data are DVB-T services.
I also have a BananaPi running tvheadend 4.1.1043 with just freesat epg active and that has no EPG too.
I haven't made any configuration changes to both systems.
Also noticed that there is no info in EPG Grabber Channels, I'm pretty sure I remember that being full at one point.

That explains something - I'd noticed that I wasn't getting events for C4HD beyond next Friday, but, checking, I'm also blank for BBC One, BBC Two and the other Satellite variations - BBC ONE, BBC TWO et al (from -T) are all there. Similar errors:

I'm just wondering when this started, though... I've upgraded a few times in the last 24 hours, but the fact that I only have ~4 days' EPG might suggest a failure ~3 days ago (assuming 7 days of data is broadcast)?
Going back through syslogs, I've had this error since at least 01/12 (that's as far as I have historical logs), although I can't categorically say that events started disappearing at that time...

Could you check, if you trigger manually OTA EPG grabber, if 11778V mux is tuned ?

No problem receiving EPG from 28.2E using 4.1.1171. Note MUX 11428H
