Add signal strength to buffer pop-up box

Description
I have antenna TV and sometimes the signal isn't so great. It would be nice if the signal quality was shown with the buffer progress bar in the Kodi front-end.

I think this has been requested before, not sure why it hasn't been added yet but IMO it's not very useful anyway as most tuners give incorrect signal readings & are never accurate.

I think that this functionality is already present in Kodi: codecinfo in TV screen. Press 'o' on your keyboard. The button on remote is specific to the configuration.

TVH forwards signal strength to the kodi plugin. The kodi plugin has issue tracker here: https://github.com/kodi-pvr/pvr.hts/issues
