Timerec DVR entry not working (

Description
Since somewhere end may I have a problem that maual DVR entry's are not recording, they show up under failed with a 'File missing' or 'Time missed' error.
The log shows the following:
2015-06-03 20:39:30.002 dvr: "Time-2015-06-03_20:40" on "13TH Street HD" recorder starting
2015-06-03 20:39:30.002 dvr: unable to find access (owner '(null)', creator 'joey1')
Scheduling via the EPG works fine (direct or via Kodi).

This should be fixed in https://tvheadend.org/issues/2908, but it's still not working (for me at least).
When I create an entry, the Time Schedules tab shows the creator and owner, but the Upcoming / Current recordings tab shows only the creator, the owner is blank.
I can edit the Upcoming recording, fill in the owner, and the scheduled recording starts normally.
When not logged in (Unverified access) my ip is the creator, and the scheduled recordings work as created. So the issue still exists for logged in users.

The fix above for really old typo is in the master repo..
