time delta for each service

Description

Tvheadend provides updating the system time but instead of updating the whole system time it would be nice to have a delta time for each service. So recording times for example should be calculated with that time delta.

Here i have got a variance from ca 1min for specific channel and local system time. But doku says the time variation between different transponders.

Manual setting the "DVR Pre-Start" and "DVR Post-End" i thing is to time-consuming.
