Description

It is possible to select a Channel Tag in the filter selection of EPG, but the result is nothing. There is no column Channel Tag in the result list, is that the problem?

he's right, you can select a channel tag in the search bar, the result is empty in 2152.

I just came here to log this bug so we didn't lose it - you're way ahead of me :-)

This was caused by commit da3d9ec (da3d9ecb48ab162faf0d7136eed25e7bb4cef92a) in epg.c. I traced what I believe is the cause and I've made a line note - see here:

PS @Meindert - there's no 'tag' column because the EPG is a list of events, and while each event belongs to one channel, each channel could have multiple tags. So you'd have a column that would somehow have to display multiple entries, which doesn't really make sense.

You have right, but in some gui tools there are multiselect listboxes. In this case it is not interesting to see all the tags but the filter options was used a lot by me.
