It's still in 3.9 ~ it's in the add network popup now.

This function Idle Scan was deleted in version 3.9
In version 3.4 this function is. This function is very useful.

Hi Adam. When did you plan import option IDLE SCAN which was in version 3.4.27 but is not still in version 3.9.535 ? Please add this option with high priority...

I can understand it is frustrating not to have idle scanning but high priority? If you're really desperate for it I'd recommend sticking with 3.4.

For me personally I've noticed a big difference in tuning speed without idle scanning in 3.9, so I don't mind it being missing for the time being I just hope when it is reintroduced that it doesn't slow things down again.
