icon tags didnt displayed

Hello
When i set icon to channel for example file:///home/hts/icon/axn.jpg the icon is displayed OK. When i set as the same to the tags the icon from tag in app on android TVHguide isnt displayed. In version 3.4 this works ok. In version 3.9.279 dodnt work. Please help me.

When i set icon from internet http://www.example.com/icon.jpg it works. From local disk file:///example/icon.jpg didnt works.

Yeah that sounds plausible, I was messing with that code recently to change things a bit, I've probably broken file:// handling.

Ah, sorry I completely misunderstood. The issue is that the imagecache feature is not universally used, its only used for channel icons. To be honest I had not even realised that tags could have icons.
So this is more a feature request than a bug report, so I'm moving.

This isn't a bug, its a feature request. And thus far the feature remains unimplemented.

How i can set icon to TAG ? Only from adres url ex. http://name.com/icon.jpg ? Is the solution to set icon to TAG from local hard disk ?
