Description
I find that services with an type ID of 128 are appearing in the TV and Radio listings of TVHeadend. Those services are data services. Is it possible to include an option to hide them, disabling helps of course but there will be users that find this confusing I think.

At present, no, the reason these are listed is that those types (for me, sky uk, it's around 130+) are completely provider dependant. And what's happened in the past is we've excluded things, only to find that on some other network those types are in fact valid tv/radio services.
Therefore there all just left for now. But I do agree that some way of marking them would be nice.
Thanks for your explanation. I thought those ID's would have been standardized but couldn't find any documentation on that.
No, there are a few key types (at the bottom end) defined in the DVB specs. However everything else is completely free form, and there are plenty of places (US typically) where there services are outside the standard (DVB) set. Hence the not excluding anything.
