Tvheadend

Hi,

A lot of dvb adapters needs to be unloaded on suspend/resume. It would be nice if tvheadend could just reload them instead of needing to be restarted.
Or if it could re-enable the adapter again by it self when it up again.

here I have played a channel, stopped it, unloaded the dvb driver, tried to play again, stopped, loaded driver, tried to play again and it still fails...

I would be nice if TvHeadend was able to handle this. :-)
