Record scheduled timers only when idle.

Description
It would be nice to have a check box which allow not recording when someone is using adapter.
So recording will be recorded only when adapter is in idle.

There is already a priority system that allows you to to this. It's just that the default is to prioritise DVR recordings, since for most people if they've specifically selected something for recording they probably consider that higher priority than something they just happen to be watching because there is nothing better on!
