Tvheadend

Hi,

I have a suggestion for the Recording Part of tvheadend.
It would be great if a User Based Recording would be possible.
My rough idea would be the following:

By Default a General Config is used, that means every Recording, every Schedule and the Configuration is visible and usable for all Users.
If wanted Additional User Based Config's can be added.
i.e
The System has the Users A, B, C
The System has the General Config, plus a Config for User B.
User A and C will see each others Recordings and Schedules as they Share the General Config.
User B will only see his Recordings and Schedules.
