stream hangs when idle scanning

Description
If "idle scanning" is enabled, video stream hangs for about a second every some minutes. Is this all due to my card having one tuner only?
Could you add an option to issue "idle scanning" only when tvheadend is completely idle? (like when there's no client streaming anything)

Please provide git commit'ish for reference.
Idle scanning only occurs when the tuner is idle, otherwise it does nothing. So I really don't understand this report.
Have you tried v3.2 which is the latest stable release? Can you confirm that disabling idle scanning causes the problem to cease? What other adapter configuration do you have?

I have 'autodetect muxes' and 'skip service availability checking' enabled. Full mux reception is auto. Disabling idle scanning fix the problem.
I will try v3.2. I might try making a small movie of the problem since my english is not good.

I cannot reproduce this, idle scanning does almost nothing (it has to periodically check for idleness of adapters) if the adapters are currently in operation.
