Maybe there should be a duplicates check for access entries

When an access entry is added, Tvh checks only if its id is unambiguous. I don't know which is the relation between id and username, password and others credentials, but id is not checked during user login...
So, could be more entries with same credentials and, when user logs in, tvh automatically choose the one that has more access privileges.

I think the whole UI access control needs re-thinking. Just another thing to add to the list ;)

Having just checked and this still exists in 3.9+, it's still possible to add multiple users with the same username.
