I noticed the following in the debug log:

Montage Technology DS3000/TS2020: FE_READ_UNCORRECTED_BLOCKS returns delta updates (delta=-11)
Montage Technology DS3000/TS2020: FE_READ_UNCORRECTED_BLOCKS returns delta updates (delta=-10)

This happens with a clean config and an old config, the above (DVB-S2 card) also appears for DVB-T usb devices.
