Automatic recording/EPG

I hi there,

I would like an possibility to configure that It will hold/"DVR Log retention time" the last 10 recordings/Episodes instead of in days...

I record Children programs for my Daughter..don't need 40 Episodes of a show.. only the last 10 or so.

and saver space on the HD.

The log retention period is just that - the time for which the log record is kept, not the time for which the recording files are kept. The disc space for the log is irrelevantly small compared to the files.

If you delete a file, tvheadend will simply move it from Finished Recordings to Failed Recordings.

My bad, your right. I would love a lets call it a "feature" so it will allways have at least the last 10 episodes or 30 days recorded files.. but i guess i have to make an script for that then..

and clear recorded history button that deletes all....
