Muxes not working
Added by Mark Kostner over 11 years ago
Hi there,
I'm running tvheadend on xbmcbuntu latest build.
I live in Perth Australia, and I have a problem with the dvb networks not all being loaded properly.
I have clicked "add dvb network by location" and selected ->Australia -> Perth
The systems the scan the networks.
5 muxes are found BUT only three are identified. The other 2 ie. nine network and SBS are blank, ie. no network name or network id.
Also no service from these networks are added.
Any suggestion on how to add these?
Thanking you in advance.
Mark

Sounds like some of the mux frequencies are wrong.
Find a suitable web site to check them against (this one looks promising: http://ozdigitaltv.com/transmitters/WA/402-Bickley-Carmel-Walliston) and see if you need to manually add anything (i.e. if it's on this list but not on your list of muxes). If you add any, you can copy most of the settings from the muxes that have been added correctly, or set them to Auto.

Did you get this working?
I am having the same issues, all of the muxes seem correct but they are not picking up those two stations.
