how is the episode number included in the filename in PVR?

Added by cocoa 117 about 12 years ago

Hi, I see "Include episode in filename" option in Configuration -> Digital Video Recorder, and wonder how is it included? I never seen any of my recording file name contains other then episode name + recording date. Is this a bug? or I missed something.

I am trying to record UK 28.2E satellite, on channel Universal.

I am running HTS 3.2.18~g40a8920 on Ubuntu 12.04 precise

Please report this as a bug. It appears that I've incorrectly put the episode info into the title NOT the filename.

Ah, actually that should find its way into the filename.

Can you check that the show your recording does have episode information listed in the UI?

Adam, here is the detail information

The episode I try to record is from Universal HD on 28.2E satellite. It have information such as (S1, ep 17) at the end of EPG. That's how I thought this should be inecluded in the file name.

I am trying to record other one from Atlantic, see any difference can be made.

Cheers
