Problem with installation of TVH from repository

Added by Robert Cernik over 2 years ago

Does anybody know what happen with doozer.io ? I received error message 503 service unavailable, so I can't install tvheadend from repo. Any mirror or how to solve this situation ?
Or can you share or send link to latest deb package for Debian 10 ?

Thank you

We're aware it's down & sadly have no way to fix the issue as the guy who runs it is very very very busy. It's not ideal I know but you may have to manually build it. There's info in the forums on how to do that. We are working on other options & hope to have something, as to when, that's sadly a question I don't have the answer to right now :(.

We welcome anyone with solutions or idea to post in the issue #6131

Building tvheadend isn't that hard, and I recommend you just don't allow anyone to install it for you, for security reasons. If you're really stuck I can help you.

Done, new experience, thanks a lot Mark and Saen. I didn't think that it will be no so complicated. Have a nice day.
