Cannot get unicable to work with Digbit R1 SAT>IP Server

Added by A L over 6 years ago

Hi,

Up to recently, I have been using a Digibit R1 with a singe input of a quad LNB. This has been completely trouble free.

I have just upgraded the quad LNB to an Inverto Unicable one and cannot seem to get more than one channel.

I changed setting (on the R1) to "Unicable" and added the additional three tuners in TVH. I have left everything on defaults.

I can stream a single channel but then when I try to watch another channel on another client, I get:

Subscription 0016: No input source available for input. "192.168.1.38"

What do you think I am doing wrong?

Solved now.

I needed to update the R1 with the user bands of the new LNB.

So, you have only one UNicable LNB ?
or how is your setup..

Yes, that is right.

I have a single quad-unicable LNB that is connected to my Digbit R1 with a single coax.

The LNB is actually designed for round dishes and not the Zone 1 Sky dish that I have - however, it makes no difference to me and still gives me a flawless signal.

This is the actual model that I bought - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Inverto-Idlb-Qudl42-UNI2L-OPP-Unicable-2-Legacy-Black/dp/B00GKPK4AK
