some idea for frontend

hi all,i am really new in tvheadend so excuse me if my question seem silly
i done some test with tvheadend as backend and kodi as frontend and it worked very well( like ),but know i want done something special work in frontend,for example everyone in my LAN must at first login(in some webpage in her browser) inorder to see tv,or user can see tv in her web browser in her phone or tablet or laptop.
and second question,if i have for example 10 user that they want to see different channel,i must have 10 tuner to done that??
can any one help me to done these ideas??are these ideas possible??
if they are not possible with tvheadend,can any one give me some alternative to done these ideas??

Just create a limited (anon) user account and password. Something like this (use an asterisk "*" for the username and password).
See the Help (in the webui) for info.

No, not always, a tuner can only tune to one multiplex (frequency) at a time but a mux can contain many services.

user can see tv in tvheadend webui without any frontend app like kodi or vlc???

Yes - there's a built in player that can stream directly from the browser. It's accessible via the 'Electronic Programme Guide' tab - button is on the right hand side of the page.
