Just create a limited (anon) user account and password. Something like this (use an asterisk "*" for the username and password).

and second question,if i have for example 10 user that they want to see different channel,i must have 10 tuner to done that??

No, not always, a tuner can only tune to one multiplex (frequency) at a time but a mux can contain many services.

Yes - there's a built in player that can stream directly from the browser. It's accessible via the 'Electronic Programme Guide' tab - button is on the right hand side of the page.
