DVB-T - distorted image, " H264 @ #202 Continuity counter error (total 263)"

Dear All!
I've installed fresh lubuntu 15.10 and dvb-t stick.
Unfortunately I experience issue with picture quality. My image is scrambled and lags. In tvheadend log I see many entries like those:
2015-12-01 10:59:23.368 TS: naziemna/634MHz/TVP2 HD Transport error indicator (total 584)
2015-12-01 10:59:24.415 TS: naziemna/634MHz/TVP2 HD: TELETEXT #205 Continuity counter error (total 22)
#202 Continuity counter error (total 249)
2015-12-01 10:59:25.004 TS: naziemna/634MHz/TVP2 HD: H264
2015-12-01 10:59:25.435 TS: naziemna/634MHz/TVP2 HD: EAC3 #204 Continuity counter error (total 27)
#203 Continuity counter error (total 22)
2015-12-01 10:59:25.924 TS: naziemna/634MHz/TVP2 HD: MPEG2AUDIO
2015-12-01 10:59:34.316 TS: naziemna/634MHz/TVP2 HD Transport error indicator (total 610)
2015-12-01 10:59:36.430 TS: naziemna/634MHz/TVP2 HD: H264 #202 Continuity counter error (total 263)
#204 Continuity counter error (total 28)
2015-12-01 10:59:39.044 TS: naziemna/634MHz/TVP2 HD: EAC3
2015-12-01 10:59:39.044 TS: naziemna/634MHz/TVP2 HD: TELETEXT @ #205 Continuity counter error (total 24)
2015-12-01 10:59:43.389 pass-eit: invalid checksum (len 1994, errors 39)
I know that first suspect is the signal quality but I'm not sure it's not the reason. I have windows installed on second partition and there everything work brilliant. Also before lubuntu I had ubuntu server installed and there also tvheadend worked fine with my dvb-t stick.
How can I try to find the reason of my issue?
Thanks!

Please find enclosed screen from the status tab. Signal is about 50% - could be better probably. On DVB-viewer on windows it shows me signal strength between 65 and 75 depends on mux.

I have two sticks with the same chipset and find they're really crap with weak signals and I mean really crap, try turning on LNA (Low Noise Amplifier) in the adapter config.

Can it depends on firmware? As I mentioned above in edited message windows shows me better signal quality on the same stick.
Where can I find the newest firmware?

I'm not sure but the firmware I found (openelec repository) is:
[62987.666495] DVB: registering new adapter (ITE 9135 Generic) [62987.690694] af9033 19-0038: firmware version: LINK 12.54.14.0 - OFDM 2.47.14.0

Thanks for help.
I've installed other media_build package from here:
https://github.com/ljalves/linux_media/wiki/Installating
and quality is better, works quite smoothly
