Hi Guys,

Followed this instruction but seems to work until the web browser and the fails - http://linuxhtpcguide.blogspot.co.uk/2011/05/howto-install-tvheadend-on-fedora.html

Just looked and there are no folders under /src/webui

RE: Help with a Fedora 21 install - Added by gzu gzu over 9 years ago

Files are probably not under /src, see my output below

locate src/webui/static/extjs/adapter/ext/ext-base.js

/usr/share/tvheadend/src/webui/static/extjs/adapter/ext/ext-base.js

Hi John,

any reason you're not using the stable source from the link at the bottom of

https://tvheadend.org/projects/tvheadend/wiki/Tvheadend-32

I think I had similar issues at one stage but I ended up creating a rpm (not totally perfect) and using that.
Even with the rpm I usually have to change a few permissions etc.

GZU

Hi GZU,

Getting closer now I think :-)

When I run the tvheadend command I get the following and when I go to the http://localhost:9981 the page cannot connect, any ideas?

root@brines-acer ~]# /opt/tvheadend/build.linux/tvheadend -C
Feb 26 12:58:52 [INFO]:charset: 59 entries loaded
