Robustness: if no profile is set as default, tvh crashes (for me, that is :))

Hi,

by some coincidence I managed to configure tvh in a way that no profile was set as default. In this state tvh will crash on the next access through the web-server.
Took me a while to figure out what had happened so I thought others might like to know - or one might hardcode a default fallback just in case...

Can you raise a new issue if this is still a problem with the latest code, please? It's the best way not to lose it... thanks.
