Can you please add a 14.04 LTS Trusty package in the beta PPA?
There isn't a package in there at the moment for Trusty
Thanks in advance.

There'll be a branch to tvheadend 4.0 fairly soon, so I'd expect beta packages for Trusty to appear then. You can probably download the debs and install directly with dpkg in the meantime, either from beta or unstable.

Do we have any idea when this will be available in the beta repo?
I'm also waiting on Trusty beta so I can use TVHeadend with Plex.

I don't want to dampen your enthusiasm, but the 4.0 code hasn't branched yet... after that, there's likely to be debugging until alpha, then beta, then release. So there are unlikely to be beta packages of 3.9.x/4.0 for anything for a while yet (I can't say how long, I suspect "when it's all ready").
You can use unstable/master if you wish; there are bugs, but it works for mainstream use pretty well. There are packages for Trusty in the PPA. If you want something older and more "stationary" (and also not getting any attention), then use the Saucy .deb from http://apt.tvheadend.org/beta/pool/main/t/tvheadend/ and install with sudo dpkg -i <deb>.
