Setup:

You have a quad output Universal LNBF with 4 coax lines going to the multiswitch?

You use not existing frequency.

I think it exists:

Am I wrong?

Astra 19E support NIT find working frequency rest will appear automatically.
I'm not scan/update from 2 years 19E, dish pointed elsewhere.

Actually I was asking about your LNBF. This is another picture of your multiswitch. Assuming you have a quad universal LNBF connected with 4 coax lines to the 4 input ports on this multiswitch as far as I know Universal LNBF is the correct setting. The rest of your config appears OK. 11494000 should be accurate enough to tune. According to Lyngsat that is ARD Digital. I can't receive that satellite so I can't confirm the signal exists.
Can other tuners get this signal?
RE: Problem finding settings for single LNB Multiswitch - Added by Tom Muke almost 2 years ago
Sorry! Yes there are four coax lines from the LNB to the four Inputs of the multiswitch.
I have no problem finding the signal on three TVs and one receiver... So at the moment I think, the tuner on the PCI Card might be defect...
Thanks for your help!
