Any chance you could post a screenshot of that whole panel?

The tuner is enabled, yes?

Nothing in dmesg/syslog that suggests it's not initialised properly - driver, firmware?

From the looks of it, it appears to be Tvheadend 3.4..

You may want to upgrade to 4.0.x the latest stable. See https://tvheadend.org/projects/tvheadend/wiki/AptRepository on how to install it. Be aware that this repository only supports 64 bit Linux!

And, while you're there, check to see if you have dvb-usb-lme2510c-rs2000.fw in /lib/firmware. If not, you may need to find/create it and install it, then restart or unplug/replug the unit. All references I find are to modifying the Windows driver to create it, though, so I'm hoping it's not that.

Your window shot identifies it as an M88RS2000... is it a Chinese import, relatively cheap unit? I found some references on other threads to it being somewhat challenging to get working: not just the firmware, but also changes to some config files. I can't immediately sort that versus the TeVii S421 you show above, though, as that sounds like a completely different device.
