New XMLTV source for russian channels

Is there a possible to add xmltv source for russian channels?

There is the simple grabber http://code.google.com/p/tv-grab-file/ . Just replace string

  cat ~/.xmltv/tv_grab_file.xmltv

to

  wget -qO - http://www.teleguide.info/download/new3/xmltv.xml.gz | gunzip

and you'll get simple xmltv grabber from http://teleguide.info/
