"Arte HD" is not found (S02, 114 MHz, 256QAM, 6900 KSym/s, TSID: 10014, ONID: 61441)

All,
First: tvheadend is working stable on debian. A huge "thank you" to all developers!
There is just one thing I am unable to achive: watching Arte HD.
What I found out:
- in my cable network (Kabel deutschland, Fürth) the respective channel should be here:
Parameter: S02, 114 MHz, 256QAM, 6900 KSym/s, TSID: 10014, ONID: 61441
Sender: hr-fernsehen HD, arte HD, kabel eins HD, sport1 HD, Cartoon Network HD, Spiegel TV Wissen HD
(And no, none of these channels is showing up...)
- all other frequencies are working like they should
- w_scan does find the channel (...)
Please, what can I do?

Does the mux show up? Is it that the mux is missing, or the services, or the channels?
Without knowing what tuner and/or what version of tvheadend you're using, it's a bit random. I don't even know if this is the only HD mux and whether your tuner supports that CODEC, for example.
If you post a screenshot of your adapter config and another one of the muxes you have and this specific mux config, I'll see if there's anything that leaps out.

First: sorry for the delayed reply!
To your questions:

The mux is there but the channels are not found. When I delete the mux, it is found again but "looks different" than the other muxes: it has no description.
Please see attached picture 2.
The used adapter (picture 1): Digital Devices Cine C/T/T2 V7, Dual DVB-C/DVB-T/T2 PCIe
In picture 3 you can see, that other hd channels are found (and working)
More details to the used software:
- debian 7.4
- Tvheadend 3.4.27~gfbda802~wheezy

Thoughts ... but try turning off "skip initial scan" and turning on "idle scanning" - don't forget to click 'save'.
Thoughts II ... why this frequency... is this particularly vulnerable to interference (e.g. radio), is the signal strength too weak to find service (doesn't explain why w_scan can see them)...
Thoughts III ... why is 122MHz QAM64 but all others QAM256 - are you sure this should be 256, therefore...
Thoughts IV ... does a different (later) version of tvheadend behave any differently...
Thoughts V ... can you try a different cable and/or a different socket ...
There are a number of threads on the Internet about losing channels from this mux, but there's no real theme (i.e. it's not a case of "we all used 10m of cheap coax and look what happened").

Thank you for your reply.
10 minutes ago, my newly installed system came to live.
This time I used trusty as a base system. And now all channels were found.
Why? I have no clue - but I am happy with this set-up. (And the disk image is already saved on a DVD, just in case...)
