Incorrect show titles...

This is kind of a weird one.
I am using Schedules Direct for my epg data. A few weeks ago, one of my low power stations changed their lineup. Channel 26, subchannel 5 was BUZZR. When they changed the lineup, BUZZR moved to 26.9 and LAFF took over 26.5. I contacted Schedules Direct and they have now updated their lineup. Using tv_grab_na_dd, I can confirm that the XML downloaded now looks to be correct. The channel data for LAFF matches up with what their online schedule shows on the website.
However, when I pull up the EPG, both in the web interface and through the KODI plugin, the guide for 26.5 is showing the descriptions correctly, but the show titles are still reflecting the ones from BUZZR (26.9). If I scroll forward in the schedule, it eventually corrects itself, so I am guessing this is only the schedule information that was already incorrect and loaded before Schedules Direct fixed their lineup.
Is there anyway to go in and clear the EPG data for just one channel and let it reload? Heck, even clearing it from all channels and letting it reload would be fine. I think I just need to get it cleared out so it can start from scratch.

You've probably fixed this now - or time will, anyway, as I suspect your diagnosis is correct. New data will be right; old data is, well, old.
Shut down tvheadend and delete epgdb.v2 in your config directory, then restart. That will force a complete rebuild of the EPG AFAIK as nothing is now saved.
