1) Installed and launched Video Sation and fixed owner and permissions as described upon

Resolved after :
chmod 755 /dev/dvb/adapter*
chmod 666 /dev/dvb/adapter*/*
chown root:users /dev/dvb/adapte... Thomas Campet
