 * If Tvheadend crashed, please read [[tvheadendcrash|this page]]

 * Avoid (re-)using the same ticket for different bugs.

 h1. Ticket process

 * Once a ticket has been created it will end up in the NEW state. 'new' state {14}. The ticket triage team will then classify the ticket accordinly: and it to the 'accepted' or 'needinfo' state. The ticket triage team consists of:
*** "Andreas Öman":http://www.lonelycoder.com/redmine/users/1 Andreas Öman (andoma on IRC)
 *** "Hein Rigolo":http://www.lonelycoder.com/redmine/users/4
*** "Adam Sutton":http://www.lonelycoder.com/redmine/users/2857 Hein Rigolo (Rigolo on IRC)

 * The ticket classification includes these steps:
*** Verify Very the component, type (defect or enhancement) is correct
*** Decide a milestone for the ticket (or none at all if it's far in the future)
*** Move the ticket into a new state

 * If the team needs more info to fix a bug the ticket will be placed into the NEEDINFO 'needinfo' state.
Tickets in this 'needinfo' state that have not been responded to in a month will be closed to avoid having opened tickets waiting forever.
