Description
For testing/debugging purposes it is very helpful to deactivate a (DVB-) device when having more than one.
Please add an option to disable a device.

This is already possible by starting tvheadend with the -a option:
-a <adapters> Use only DVB adapters specified (csv)
where the adapters is a csv seperate list of dvb adapter number (example 0,2,3 : only use /dev/dvb/adapter0 2 and 3)
