Description
This bug is showing up in HTS Tvheadend 4.3-2093~g060df517c - I have one stream that takes a while to come up so I created an IPTV network and a mux under that network just for that stream, and set the "Maximum timeout (seconds):" value to 120 (2 minutes). This works great in older versions of Tvheadend (specifically in HTS Tvheadend 4.2.8-36~g5bdcfd8ac) but in 4.3-2093~g060df517c it only works when recording from the stream, in which case it will wait for the stream to come up. But if I try to view the stream live, in VLC for example, it times out in exactly 20 seconds which is the default. So it is not honoring the "Maximum timeout (seconds):" value when trying to view the stream rather than record it.
