closedVLC: Anonymous access yields empty playlist

Description
I previously ran TVHeadend on a Synology NAS, but after - finally! - obtaining a proper good SBC, I decided to move my TVH setup off the NAS and into a much more surperior board and use my NAS for what it is supposed to: Raw storage.
However, ever since the move, I can not see my channels anymore, at all... The anonymous user works - which is better when using VLC as a spontaneous "I want to listen to some TV" scenario - but the output is empty:
curl.exe http://192.168.2.1:9981/playlist/satip/channels
#EXTM3U
Thats... empty. o.o
As for my setup:
TVHeadend version:
# tvheadend --version tvheadend: version 0ff96106aa2e0f9a384c3a2662ca005797a6b399~openwrt1
I use a SAT>IP server in my network with two DVB-S2 tuners - only one is used, because I only have one socket on the wall :). It responds to it's second output, as seen here:
I do see all my channels, EPG works too and recording is all set and ready to go. Jellyfin is properly connected too and I just added Picons. But, sometimes, I just want to use VLC to play a TV station in the background and I often did - but now I am confused as to why it no longer works.
Thank you and kind regards,
Ingwie
