Description

On some channel HTSP dont pass DVBSUB packets and dropping it

On Kodi Client has Subtitle inconsistency after research i play same stream on Kodi and on Http Vlc and result Vlc Play all but in same time as Vlc show subtitle i dont receive any SUB packet on HTSP or receive other count.
